MiCA in Eleven Cards — The Definitions to Memorise
Eleven MiCA flashcards: crypto-asset, EMT, ART, utility token, white paper, CASP, passport, significant token and market abuse, with a revision table.
2026, Oct 05 —Legal texts that govern crypto-assets and digital finance, read article by article: what they require, of whom, with which thresholds and from which date. The first series covers Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA), from the definition of a crypto-asset to the supervision of stablecoin issuers and service providers.
The articles stay close to the text and quote the numbers a builder or an auditor needs (capital floors, exemption thresholds, deadlines) rather than paraphrasing them. They complement the security and blockchain categories, where the same systems are studied from the code side.
